Metal Works 360 Inc. was founded in 1991 and incorporated in 2001. The founder and current President is Michael Hill from Greenville, Ky.
The company started out in a small garage doing custom metal work for other small business's. After the company showed promise and began to grow Mike decided to move and expand the operation. At this time Mike was working for another company located in Central City, and was maintaining his new business at night. Mike moved the business to it's current location in 1997 and has doubled the size of the original building since then.
The first product lines he focused on were custom built enclosed trailers and custom metal work. Mike's main goal was to get into the auto body equipment market, but do to a no compete agreement he had to wait until that goal could be reached. Finally when the no compete agreement expired, Mike built his first frame machine, the first paint booth followed soon after.
Mike has added saw mill equipment to his ever growing product line. This addition was not something that he had anticipated. But, do to the closing of a saw mill equipment manufacturer that was a customer of Metal Works, the opportunity of expanding his customer base presented itself and could not be passed up.
